Garlic
Spread
Beat together 8 oz.
(225 grams) of cream cheese, ½ cup of butter, 2 Tbsp parsley,
2 Tbsp chopped sweet onion, 1 or 2 cloves of garlic, a pinch of seasoned salt
and 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. |

Beat together 8 oz. (255 grams) of cream cheese, a 4 oz. tin of crab or lobster meat (drained and finely chopped), 1 green onion finely minced, a pinch of salt and a
dash of Tabasco. Serve this spread garnished with thin slices of

This is a perfect addition to tea cakes and
croissants - try adding finely chopped walnuts to this spread, for added
texture. Combine 8 oz. (255
grams) of butter with ½ cup of finely
crushed maple sugar nuggets. |

Beat together 8 oz. (255 grams) of butter and 1 tsp of zest from an orange, lemon or lime. Try this

Beat together 8 oz. (255 grams) of cream cheese and 4 oz green chilies (drained and finely chopped). For Taco Butter, whip together 8 oz. (255 grams) of butter with 4
tsp of your favorite taco seasoning. |

Whip 8 oz. (255 grams) of cream cheese
until fluffy. Then stir in 1 cup of crushed (drained) pineapple and ¾ cup of
chopped toasted pecans or almonds. |
