Chocolate can be made in a variety of colours, layered or painted in thin discs, combined with a Rice Krispie mix, used as a topping on a cake instead of icing or as an edible plate under it.

Royal icing molded in ButterCup designs will make your cake decorating distinctive.
ButterCups molds can be floured and used as a press or cookie stamp for added fun.
Appetizers such as pate and cream cheese spreads can be both tasty and attractive as part of your party menu.  Patés can be purchased in many varieties and can be packed into our molds, frozen and then unmolded successfully.
 
Pretty molded ices for holiday punch bowls can be made with plain water or juices.
Discs of ice will keep you trays of vegetables, greens, meats or fish fresh and crisp.
Ice can be coloured or made with distilled water for clarity and used in a punch bowl, decorative ice chips on a buffet table, as a cold "plate" for fish, salads or as individual sculptures.
 ( Run these under water briefly to unmold. )
 
A gelatin of your choice can be used if you allow a brief cooling time (10 minutes) before pouring
hot liquid into the mold. Boiling water will damage the mold.
Fancy gelled desserts and salads can be served as small individual portions or as a large family-sized mold.  Individual jellied salads can be a very attractive addition to you dinner menu.  Spray the mold lightly with cooking spray.  Add your favorite recipe - reduce the liquid by about ˝ cup for firmness.
 
Fudge poured to a depth of ˝" is a perfect gift size.
Maple sugar and many fudge recipes can be made using our molds.
Remember to whip the fudge or cool hard candy recipes to reduce the temperature before placing in the molds, otherwise you could warp the plastic.
Hard candy and gumdrops take on a new shape when molded in 3" or ButterCups "sticks".
 

 
For a great kids snack, pour a thin layer of chocolate (about 1 cm) and let cool.
Pack the remainder of the mold with Rice Krispie square recipe and refrigerate until hard.
 

 
Delicious molded desserts on a dusted plate will be the perfect ending to you meal.
